Pharmacy Weight Loss Loanhead is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Loanhead and the surrounding UK. We operate in full compliance with GPhC standards and UK medicines legislation.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire before any treatment is considered. We reserve the right to decline services to any individual where it is clinically inappropriate or unsafe to prescribe.

All prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our registered pharmacist prescriber. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Prescriptions issued through our service are legally valid NHS or private prescriptions and are intended for the named patient only. You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescribed medication to another person.
We are unable to prescribe controlled drugs through our online service.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure payment provider.
Payment does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. If our pharmacist is unable to approve your order on clinical grounds, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier provider. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, appropriately sealed packaging in accordance with pharmaceutical standards. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly via the contact details provided on our website. A full refund will be issued where cancellation is made before dispatch.
Once medication has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as medicines cannot be resold once they have left our pharmacy in accordance with UK medicines legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights where products are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
